About the event

The Scottish Combat Sports Awards is the first annual event dedicated to recognising and celebrating the outstanding achievements of Scotland's combat sports community.

Bringing together athletes, coaches, gyms, promoters, federations, officials, media and fans, the awards honour the individuals and organisations who have made the greatest impact on Scottish combat sports throughout the year.

Hosted by renowned Scottish broadcaster and comedian Des Clarke, the evening will feature more than 15 award categories, including Male Fighter of the Year, Female Fighter of the Year, Fight of the Year, Knockout of the Year, Submission of the Year, Breakthrough Fighter, Coach of the Year, Gym of the Year, Federation of the Year, and the prestigious Hall of Fame Induction.

More than just an awards ceremony, the Scottish Combat Sports Awards is an opportunity for the entire community to come together under one roof. Guests will have the chance to network with leading figures from across the industry, meet some of Scotland's top fighters, celebrate unforgettable moments from the past year and help shape the future of combat sports in Scotland.

The event will take place on Saturday, 16 January 2027, at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. Guests can choose between Standard Admission or an exclusive VIP Dinner Experience, which includes reserved seating and a three-course meal.
